Juhayna is a large, well-established multinational company in the Middle East, widely recognized for its dairy and consumer food products. With complex operations and mature governance structures, the company places strong emphasis on internal controls, risk management, and audit quality.
As part of its digital transformation efforts, Juhayna had recently implemented AI-enabled tools through Microsoft to support internal workflows, including internal audit.

Although AI tools had been rolled out at the platform level, internal audit teams had not received structured training on how to actually use them in their day-to-day work. As a result, there was uncertainty around:
The challenge was not access to technology. It was adoption, confidence, and practical understanding. Without guidance, the tools risked being underused or used inconsistently.
TOCO delivered a virtual AI training workshop led by one of its co-founders, Mohamed, focused specifically on educating internal audit teams on how to use AI tools already available to them.
